Jews are an ancient people that have been living scattered all over the world for 2,000 years. We’ve adapted and readapted to infinite situations and cultures in dramatically different corners of the globe, almost always as an extreme minority. Yet we’ve maintained remarkable similarities and a profound connection to our communal identity, all with scarce awareness of each other's existence.

​I've set out to share stories of Jewish experiences around the world. Follow me as I learn about this ancient tribe navigating diverse environments in the 21st century and share my personal experience connecting with the vast world of the Jewish people.

Originally from Chicago, I have a background in journalism and Jewish education/leadership. I majored in writing and art, wrote for Timeout Israel in Tel Aviv, and spent the last 3 years as program director for San Diego State University Hillel.
